MEGHAN Markle is “an agent of poison” and “remorseless in her hatred”, a royal expert has shockingly claimed.
Royal biographer Tom Bower claimed the Duchess of Sussex is ruthless once she decides someone “should be neutralised and destroyed”.
Meghan Markle is ‘an agent of poison’ and ‘remorseless in her hatred’, claimed a royal expert[/caption]The commentator, who is famous for his criticism of the Sussexes, sat down with Sun Royal Editor Matt Wilkinson on the Royal Exclusive Show.
He made some sharp remarks about his opinion on Meghan’s fractured family relationships.
“Meghan is an agent of poison, she’s able to destroy relationships and when she cultivates them it’s always for her own good, her own purpose,” Mr Bower claimed.
“She’s not actually someone who’s got any generosity of spirit and it is really one of the great sadnesses of this saga, that Meghan has destroyed the relationship between Harry and his family, just as she has destroyed the relationship, with not only her father but also her half-sister.”
Meghan’s dad Thomas has been estranged from his daughter since suffering two heart attacks on the eve of her wedding to Harry.
The 80-year-old was unable to walk her down the aisle, and they’ve not been in contact since.
Further turmoil between the pair erupted after Thomas posed for paparazzi pictures ahead of Harry and Meghan tying the knot.
He has since admitted they were a mistake and done his best to sincerely apologise.
However, Thomas has also slammed the duchess for treating him and the King “so badly”, while claiming he could die without meeting his grandkids.
Mr Bower highlighted how strong the father-daughter bond used to be as Meg’s mum Doria frequently travelled for work.
The royal biographer, who harshly attacked the duke and duchess in his book Revenge: Meghan, Harry, and the War Between the Windsors, claimed Meg’s treatment of her father “shattered” a man who once “worshipped” her.
‘REMORSELESS’
Amid the bitter family fall-out, Meghan has cut ties with her father, half-brother, half-sister, and Harry’s side.
In particularly stinging comments, even for a long-standing critic of the couple, Mr Bower claimed: “That’s the indication of Meghan, it’s not just her father, she did the same to the Queen, Princess Kate and William.
“She is a person who is absolutely remorseless in her hatred if she decides that someone should be neutralised and destroyed.
“And that is her strength, but also her weakness.”
‘BETRAYAL’
However, Meghan has previously shared the hurt and “betrayal she felt” by her father.
She opened up about her relationship with her estranged dad and said she was left feeling crushed when he lied to her about not talking to the media.
In her sensational interview with Oprah in 2021, Meghan said: “I’m trying to decide if I’m comfortable even talking about that.
“It was… if we were going to use the word betrayal.”
“Because when I asked him, when we were told by the comms team, this is a story that was going to be coming out, which, by the way, the tabloids had apparently known for a month or so and decided to hold until the Sunday before our wedding because they wanted to create drama, which is also a really key point in all this.
I watched Prince Harry grow up – I know why he won’t EVER return to royal life
A ROYAL expert who watched Prince Harry grow up says she knows why he won't ever to return to royal life.
Harry has lived in California with his wife Meghan since they dramatically quit their jobs as working royals in 2020.
Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond said Harry would be a “great asset” for the palace.
But she said California-based Harry now has the “domestic bliss” he lacked as a child.
Appearing on today’s episode of The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show, Bond said: “I can’t see Harry returning, really.
“And yes – I do miss him. Harry was the most popular royal a couple of years ago, wasn’t he?
“Having watched him grow up and knowing him just a little bit, he was a wonderful little boy and a charming, jovial adolescent.
“At least that’s what we saw. He was brilliant for the royal family, he did bring a natural common touch and relatability.
“They would have been a great asset had he stayed but I don’t think he will return.
“If I did pray I would pray that he has a happy life now with all that he wanted.
“The freedom he craved, the wife he loves and the children he adores.
“The model of domestic bliss that he didn’t have in his own adolescence.
“I wish him all the best.”
“We called my dad and I asked him and he said, no, absolutely not.
“I said, you know, the institution has never intervened for anything for us, but they can try to go in and kill this story.
“But if they do this once, we’re not going to be able to use that same leverage to protect our own kids one day.”
Oprah then said: “He said no, absolutely not. He hadn’t been talking to them. So he basically lied to you.”
Meghan added: “Well, and so when I said we won’t be able to protect our own kids one day and I said, so I just need you to tell me.
“And if you tell me the truth, we can help. And he wasn’t able to do that. And that for me has really resonated, especially now as a mother.
“And also me saying just full stop, if we use this to protect you, (we) won’t be able to protect our own children one day.
“I’m talking about your grandchildren.
“I look at Archie. I think about this child and I genuinely can’t imagine doing anything to intentionally cause pain to my child.
“I can’t imagine it. So it’s hard for me to reconcile that.”
Meanwhile, Thomas Markle’s eldest daughter Samantha has also hit out at her half-sister on social media several times.
After Meghan failed to contact her dad for two Christmases in a row, Samantha blasted on X: “I’ve never seen anyone so rude and hurtful and heartless and absent a soul in my life. #MeghanMarkle #SamanthaMarkle shame on you for what you have done to our father. No PR machine can fix this.”

But Meghan has always claimed he “doesn’t really know” Samantha – who wrote “tell-all book” about the duchess.
“The last time I saw her, it must have been at least 18, 19 years ago. And before that, ten years before that,” she told Oprah.
“She changed her last name back to Markle. And I think she was in her early 50s at that time, only when I started dating Harry. So I think that says enough.”
Meanwhile, Thomas has said he would love Meghan to call him on his birthday this year, especially due to ill-health, but he doubts it will happen.
He now lives alone in Rosarito on Mexico’s Pacific coast – 250 miles from the Sussexes Montecito mansion.
He told the Mail previously: “Neither of us deserves the treatment we’ve received.
“Why have they treated not only me but the Royal Family and the King so badly?
“Archie and Lilibet have two grandpas who want to see them, one of whom is the King of England.”
Meghan’s half-brother Thomas Jr has also begged the duchess to end the family row.
