Lip readers have revealed some of the secret messages in Catherine, Princess of Wales’ deeply personal video on Monday – such as when she spoke to Prince William[/caption] As well as revealing his reported response to a laughing Kate[/caption] They also claimed to have guessed the theme of the card game the family were seen playing with Kate’s parents Michael and Carole, as the princess spoke about “pirates”[/caption]The intimate three-minute long video features footage of Catherine laughing and playing with her husband and children, as well as her parents, Carole and Michael Middleton.
Calling her cancer journey “complex, scary and unpredictable”, Catherine added that it also “brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything”.
The video was shot in Norfolk last month, and concluded with Catherine revealing she’s hoping to return to some public engagements in the near future, as she continues to work to “stay cancer free”.
“Despite all that has gone before, I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life,” she said.
“William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time.
“Everyone’s kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling.”
And now lipreaders at 121 Captions have exclusively told Fabulous about some of the secrets from the deeply personal video, including the sweet conversations between Kate, her husband and their children.
A lot of the clip was shot in the woodland, with Kate and William sitting on a pile of logs as their children ran around them.
Looking out to the sea at the beach, Kate reportedly told her husband: “It’s perfect for a swim!”
Another theory is that she may have said: “It’s time to blow some bubbles”.
“Okay,” William later replied, as the children clambered over the pile of logs.
Kate’s parents Carole and Michael also featured in the video, when they joined their daughter and grandchildren playing a card game.
Perhaps hinting at the theme of the fast-paced game, Kate reportedly said “Let’s all be pirates”, according to the lip readers.
The video also showed Kate holding daughter Charlotte tight at points, with royal commentator Victoria Arbiter speculating the body language was hinting at a hidden meaning.
As it turns out the royal couple announced they were expecting their second child, Charlotte, a decade a go to the day that they shared the video.
She wrote on X, formally Twitter: “For the royal history and factoid geeks – of which I am one – William and Kate announced they were expecting their second baby 10 years ago yesterday.”

Kate underwent major abdominal surgery in January, and said she initially had no signs of cancer until post-op tests showed the disease had been “present”.
“It sounds as though Kate’s cancer was identified at the right time, at a time when she was able to receive treatment,” Dr Zoe Williams, The Sun’s resident GP, said.
“Early diagnosis of cancer is vital, the earlier it is caught the greater your chance of receiving successful treatment.
“If you don’t feel yourself, if you notice something has changed, don’t delay getting it checked out.”
